Mixing ratio: 1part powder to 1 part De-Light Plus Developer.

HOW TO USE:

Blend the powder with the De-Light Oxi Plus Developer.

Apply the mixed blend on hair with the desired technique. Process for approx. 45 minutes checking the lightening evolution during processing time.

After desired processing rinse with luke warm water and apply After Treatment cream of the De-Light System which acts as a shampoo, closes the cuticle and eliminates all chemical residues. Rinse with cool water for the final rinse.
